"One of the doors accross from our room had police tape on the outside & the area surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe. The air conditioning was not functional & the room had a constant odor. Opening the window helped but not practical for the e tire evening due to road noise. Guests on other floors were disruptive most of night. Additionally towels were limited. "Second time staying here & overall another positive experience. It's a great hotel, with excellent facilities if you are a cyclist and with a perfect location in Oudenaarde. Only downside on this visit, we stayed 3 nights & the room was serviced but no coffee, milk etc replenished. Also the fire alarm went off in the night and people were evacuating themselves, no staff available to help or explain. Then after standing outside for 10 minutes the alarms stopped. Still no staff explanation. Not...

"Overall very relaxing stay. Location is close to Brugge. Staff extremely helpful and guided us through. Breakfast was good with lots of hot options. Boys used the Table tennis and pool table. There’s basket ball court too. Room was a bit compact for us but after we aired it seemed ok to us. Parking available onsite free with security code. Our room was away from the motorway so I couldn’t hear any noise. But they provided ear plugs."

"Alles was top. Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Hele mooie kamer op de begane grond goed ingericht zeer ruime badkamer met heerlijke warme douche . Goede bedden h2bben heerlijk geslapen . Voor het ontbijt even gezwommen in het prachtige indoor zwembad .daarna een heerlijk ontbijt. Er werd zelf een heerlijk eitje gebakken met spek goed assortiment aan ontbijt . Echt een goede ligging mooi hotel en faciliteiten parking was goed en voor 12.50 euro per dag .in de staat zit...
