"Despite the tiny room we had, it was very convenient as it's within Shin Osaka station. It would've been confusing to find as the station is large but the step by step instruction provided on their website helped us locate the hotel easily. Also, it was within easy access to a convenient store etc even late at night. Staff were very polite and helpful as well. Whilst this hotel may not be for those intending to enjoy spending much time in the room, this was an excellent hotel for travellers...

"Great hotel, especially for its price. Staff were very accommodating when we accidentally sent our luggage there a day early; they could all speak great English. Walking distance to 2 different train stations, Grand Front mall (which has every store you'd need), and convenience stores.The hotel itself is quiet but very close to some late-night eats and busy areas. Only downside is the laundry is a bit on the pricey side at the hotel and the nearest laundromat is a bit of a walk, so keep that...

"Location was very convenient as less than 10 min walk to major malls and 5 min away from food alley. What is great is that amenities are self service and guests take only what is needed to cut down waste."
