Wow! Amazing place with superb staff. We prepaid for breakfast buffet and were totally blown away by what an amazing spread it was and the extremely attentive and pleasant staff. My wife and I have never had a breakfast like that. So extensive and delicious and well done. Everything about this place is amazing. The photos are an attempt to capture how amazing the breakfast was — each photo a different station at the buffet, not same places from different angles, but they don’t do it justice.

Great rest after a long flight.

Conveniently located in the new area of PIK, North Jakarta and linked a nice mall. Attentive and friendly staff who aim to please the client. Pool and gym are clean and well-attended. We had room service for a late dinner (Soto Ayam), food delivered promptly and tasted good. Great introduction to Jakarta after a long flight. Thanks Swissotel!

I stayed last August and I love it. I booked again for my brother last Monday and he have no complaints. The staffing are so friendly and helpful. The hotel close to the mall, foods area and others entertainment. The service was great. My only concern is just kinda too dark in the hallway going to the rooms need more bright lights. But I’ll definitely stay again at this hotel.

Great hotel reasonably close to the airport. Lots of traffic so if you need to be in the city allow time.
