"The Craftsman is a very unique hotel. My family has chosen to stay there on 3 different occasions since February. The front desk staff is very helpful and Janet, the breakfast coordinator, was especially kind and thoughtful."

"Accessible room was not accessible. One grab bar in a tub. None near a very low toilet. Accessible rooms should be equipped with items to provide independent stay. It was just a regular old room. "

"Very disappointed the pool wasn't working, the breakfast isnt worth mentioning due to them having NO food and very limited parking due to construction. I will say the room was clean .I tried to make the most of it with low tunes but even that was short lived by the fun police knocking on the door at 7pm on a Saturday night🙄So no pool , breakfast parking or music!"

"This hotel is better maintained than many major hotel brands. This was my first time staying at a Super 8, and I highly recommend this location. It was exceptionally clean, the staff was great, and the location was convenient. Because of this experience, I’m open to trying other Super 8 locations in the future."

"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."

"When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. "
