"Staff very helpful, check-in was ok but we were allocated a wrong room that was not executive room. I went back to the receiption to let them know and the excuse was that they was a glitch with the system. they immediately moved us to the executive room that we initially paid for via Expedia. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the window had no daylight.
