"It has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at. Absolutely filthy, no aircon, cracked bathroom sink, high toilet, shower in the bath. No glasses or water. No shampoo as advertised. Bed was so hard. Rooms are tiny We had to take our bags in a lift than up a flight of narrow stairs, the corridors were filthy. I would have left immediately but I was only in Nantes for half a day and wanted to see sights rather than try and find other accommodation. Very overpriced for what it is. I booked this hotel based on the reviews it got. I can only say that they received good reviews because the owner was charming. "
