"The size of the room is big, and it has bay windows which kids enjoyed. The staff there weren't necessarily friendly. The front desk staff forgot to give us breakfast vouchers and we ended up paying for it. The front door staff next days refused to refund the breakfast full despite I paid for two when I booked the hotel. They refunded one person. That wasn't a pleasant experience. "The room was great, they clean your room every other day. There was people drinking in the pool and they had open containers it was obvious it was alcohol. I reported it and they gave them clear cups to drink out of. Even though the sign says no alcohol. Plus there was little kids out there. Parking decals are fine but charging 35 / night is a little excessive, no assigned parking no valet parking. You need to keep you car near the hotel otherwise you are walking across the street to parking...

"I enjoyed my stay overall. I've stayed here several times before to escape the fireworks of independence day. Our room lock had an issue and wouldn't lock at all. You could just push the door open into our room. We figured out that If you pulled on the handle upwards, it would eventually lock into place as it should. "One room had piss on toilet, our other room had a used rag in shower,no tissue in both bathrooms. Our showers was cool water no hot water at all so that sucked. Hell they need to upgrade their blankets, had burnt holes in covers."

"Roach infested room. We have used this location on numerous occasions and even though it’s a little old we got put in a room that was poorly maintained and roach infested. We were shocked at the appearance and the amount of bugs in the room. Staff didn’t seemed concerned when we reported it."
