"This was more a motel than a hotel. AC had been off before we arrived and room was damp and smelled damp. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimum, sort of greasy. We were in a construction area and right off the highway and busy commercial space. It did not live up to the rating it had on Expedia."

"I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service.

"It is a dated hotel and the room smelled musty probably from the AC.
It is nice they serve breakfast but it is same menu everyday (stayed for 4 nights) and very basic.
Our room was not cleaned because we were told from the receptionist that we had the please don't disturb sign overnight. I guess they check the tag at 6am and if it is on the door, they don't clean it that day. "
