"Arriving Thursday evening around 10:00 PM, I found the room to be in an unacceptable condition. The blankets were stained, surfaces were covered in dust, and the overall cleanliness was poor. I requested a replacement blanket and ultimately had to clean the room myself using disinfectant wipes. The blinds were broken, and the bathtub was both peeling and visibly unclean. The air was broken and the room was 77 degrees, I contacted the front desk, while a staff member came to inspect the issue, I was informed that maintenance was unavailable and nothing could be done till tomorrow. The issue was not resolved until nearly 1:00 PM the following day, resulting in approximately 15 hours in an uncomfortably warm room. I was told by management that I would receive a partial refund for this inconvenience; however, I have not received any such.
The following night presented further issues. Other guests were outside playing loud music and shouting until approximately 1:00 AM. As a result, neither my daughter nor I were able to get any rest for the second consecutive night, despite needing to wake at 4:00 AM. When I contacted the front desk, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response, being told that the individuals were “nice people enjoying their night” and that I should tolerate the situation. After posting a review online, I was asked by the manager to meet in person the next day. During this interaction, I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and confrontational. "
