Khách sạn Jerudong

"This hotel is really magnificent and is a must-visit in Brunei. It is a pitty I did not have much time to spend there. I guess I can spend the whole day or even two days wandering around to take photos and to enjoy all the services. The only thing I did not like about it is a lady at the reception who helped us check out. It was kind of rude when she never said full sentences. For example, she would ask me "room?". Personally I think this is unacceptable. Also, the bell boys were very...

"We were greeted in a delightful way by Amalina who helped resolve an early mis-communicatiin. Throughout our stay Amalina and Nazifa were so helpful and friendly, over and above the call of duty. Our transport arrangements and trips were co-ordinated efficiently by Ziman who again was quite delightful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious We loved the pool and its surroundings."

"I booked one night for a flight transit. One important tip: request the airport shuttle before your flight lands at Brunei Airport. They’ll send you an online link to fill in, and you’ll need to provide your flight number and estimated arrival time. As a Hong Kong passport holder, I entered Brunei without a visa. "All was great!"

"Everything was ok except it will be better if reception can check the ordering details during check in."

"Gần khach sạn có 1 nhà hàng Trung Quốc, hầu hết các tour của Việt Nam đều dãn đến đây, nhưng đồ quay chỉ bán buổi trưa, còn buổi tối chỉ bán cơm bình thường"

"Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay."

"Slightly below expectation of hotel comfort."

"Good"

"This was a solid hotel. The staff was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the location, as there wasn’t a whole lot around the surrounding area"

"Très bien reçu, chambre spacieuse avec du personnels attentifs et aux petits soins. Un hôtel un peu ancien mais de belles surfaces et tout le confort nécessaire."

"房间非常大，走廊宽敞"
