"The property is idyllic in itself and surroundings. Sealed roads, easy access and local to amenities. The only thing we missed was aircon - it was a 35C weekend - but otherwise great location. Katrina was so lovely and helpful and we would definitely stay there again."

"Due to the very wet weather it was impossible to get an appreciation of the gardens etc. The room was clean but the overall view of the accommodation was that it was very tired and needed an upgrade. For the price it was a good stay. The Lantern Restaurant however was superb. The service, food and general appearance was excellent. "
