"Staff spoke very clear instructions in perfect English, which is very much appreciated with my poor hearing. I got some help in arranging transport too. The building is old - it is in an old, quaint backstreet neighborhood - so don't expect a modern convenience place with soundproof rooms."

"房東不是長註在民宿的，自己沒看電郵，原來房東找過我，到步的時候看到門口寫了字條讓我聯絡一下他們，他知道我們到了，還趕過來找我們！都冬天了，他還趕到滿頭大汗，我都不太好意思了🙏🙏🙏 而且房東超熱情！超用心推薦我們好吃好玩的，聽著十分吸引！就算沒編行程，聽他介紹應該都玩不完😂 雖然要走樓梯上房（訂房前已知道所以不是問題），但房東主動幫我們拿行李，真的超好人！ 然後房間還看到給我們的小禮物，感覺真的很窩心☺️ 房間清潔舒服，比想像中大，還放了香薰，一進房間就是香薰的味道，讓人放鬆。洗澡水壓夠大，熱水也夠，淋浴用品香香的，頭髮洗了也不乾，這很讚。 雖然冬天，房間空調也沒有暖風，但房東另外準備了小暖爐。每個小細節都表現了房東們的細心！ 價錢也不貴，性價比十分之高！十分推薦！"

"Extremely helpful and kind front desk, always willing to help- even for the most silly ask. The dormitory room and shared bathrooms/toilets were very clean - (albeit a tad small for Westerners) - functional design. Rustic bed cubicle (OSB) with chic privacy curtain. Shared spaces have cool vibes - functional and welcoming. A LOT of places to eat within 1-2 blocks. Great place to stay!! Highly recommend. Would come again. "
