His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. "Amazing stay"

"Avoid this place. I booked 10 days for my wife, when she arrived an old man “the owner” said we don’t take any online bookings, pay 8000rs cash now. The guy was very rude. I had to contact Expedia for my money, Expedia then gave me a replacement hotel. The owner works there and it’s not a hotel, it’s a restaurant with some nasty old rooms. Avoid it at all cost!"

Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags!
