"Staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with greeted us with a smile. Breakfast is one of the best continental breakfast I had lots of options. Check in was great, we came super early the guy checked on the rooms and was able to give us an early check-in. The hotel is in a hopping area so yes it was loud however not much the hotel can do regarding the sirens, alarms, and noise outside. I felt safe walking around the hotel. Overall if your looking for a place with a convenient location, great staff, and clean(a little outdated) this place is for you. "

"Just a wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms were very nice, especially for being converted canal houses. Very unique. Great bars, great staff. Could rent nice bikes for 20 Euro for 24 hours which was very convenient. The breakfast was not worth the spend in my opinion and I would not recommend paying the $40 Euro per person for it. Great breakfast choices within 3-5 min easy walk. We walked from central station to the hotel and it takes about 15-20 min but a nice walk with rolling luggage."

"The breakfast was fresh and healthy, the staff was always very kind and helpful. Cleanliness could be improved (found a used cotton pad in the sink, and the shower gel was empty when we arrived). Rooms are small, but the location is convenient and easily accessible by public transport."

"Hairdryer provided but the only mirror in the whole room was in the bathroom and unable to plug it in there. Ask not to have rooms 1, 2 or 3 as many people go past, at all hours, very noisy."
