Top Johnston Canyon Hotel Reviews

Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa

8/10 Good

"It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. Close enough to walk but also right by a bus stop."

Tunnel Mountain Resort

8/10 Good

"Staff were great. Small kitchen for our family of 5 but we made it work and had everything we needed. Great perk of free public transport into town, was so easy and made the stay so enjoyable. A bit noisy, and train must be close by as we heard that throughout the night. But overall, great place for our family."

Fairmont Banff Springs

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing stay"

Mountaineer Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"Asked the front desk if I can have a late check out due to going to Lake Louise and Moraine early in the day. They were able to accommodate the best as they can. Thank you!"

Otter Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Banff is absolutely beautiful and amazing. The otter hotel was that as well. I would love to stay there again in the future."

Hidden Ridge Resort

10/10 Excellent

"It was an ok experience"

Johnston Canyon Lodge and Bungalows

10/10 Excellent

"Nice cozy cabin and comfy bed. Very nice waitstaff in restaurant. Only one little issue; winter is almost here and some small critter was in the wall making a nest so there were noises involved…stomping on the floor made it quiet for 5 min but then the chewing/scraping/scratching started up again. Hard to sleep due to that but otherwise a very nice stay."

Banff Park Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"Check in was quick and easy with helpful staff. The room was very big and spacious and was quiet. The only issue with the room was the pillows were not the best and were quite flat and unsupportive. The onsite pool was very nice too. They had a restaurant onsite which we didn't try but good to know was there. They are also doing renovation work currently (which didn't disturb us) but they are building a new cafe too which will be a nice addition to the site."
