"Breakfast spread is ok, have noodles, porridge and other food. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable to sleep, mattress is just nice and it’s not too soft. Staffs are friendly and approachable and willing to assist. Will stay again in the future"

"While I’m happy with the room size which is spacious abd love the vanity table and mirror, the cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom needs to be seriously looked at. It realy needs deep cleaning on the walls and floor. And the towels and bathrobes needs replacement as all of them are old and comes with stain marks..even the extras that I’ve requested are old and stained. Housekeeping wise, can be improved more. Bathroom gully are badly choked and water flooded when showering. Hope hotel management can look into them."

"Staff were welcoming and helpful. The reservation team were unable to guarantee us the interconnecting door we needed between our two rooms in advance. This was hugely stressful for my partner who only wanted two rooms if we could have the interconnecting door. We took a risk on this and thankfully they came through on the day. We would have been so much happier if this feature could have been secured at the time of booking. Thankfully our rooms were in a quiet wing away from the ‘Sessions Live’ stage where a brilliant cover band interrupted restaurant guests who were trying to eat and talk with each other. I found this setup a bit unforgiving and more acoustic isolation for guests who didn’t want to freeze in the indoor area of the restaurant would have been helpful. We retreated to a closed off part of the outdoor seating and had to argue our case to sit there. Breakfast was amazing and so were the team who served it. High energy happy people. You have to try the roti and the local coffee. I enjoyed the local food items on the menu. Unfortunately there were two dishes on the menu named SPAGHETTI CLASSIC NAPOLITON. One was slightly more expensive with basil & Parmesan, the other slightly cheaper with tomato sauce & broccoli. We ordered the basil one, got charged for that one, but received the other. Perhaps one of these dishes could be renamed so as not to cause confusion? Pool staff were always friendly and chatty. The splash pad was great for the kids too"

"Please do not stay there now. Hotel is ongoing renovation for their pool and the noise is unbearable "

"I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries. "
