Called maintenance a couple of times and the GM who offered to change the room at least. Very cool property, but unfortunately the type of people that stay there and the staff make it a bad experience."

"The hotel was difficult to find, as it is set back within a shopping center. Parking is very expensive and in a parking garage two blocks away. The area is extremely crowded, homeless individuals and marijuana smoking right outside the door. The rooms were clean and looked recently updated but very small with no table or storage for suitcases. Restaurants nearby."

"The breakfast included is a plus, and the fact that you can communicate through text and the response is immediate, is another extra plus. Location is good if you want to be close to Time Square "
