"the hotel is okay but needs better maintenance, floors were uneven in room, looks like they tried to upgrade but must have had to really squeeze the budget. Also why I could not turn my room down to 68 or 69 at night really upset me. They have it locked at 70 degrees or higher. A jack hammer or hammer drill started at 8 am sharp. Went i went to the front desk and asked about it they gave me a surprized look. This isn't what management should do! Location is great and having Margaritaville next door was a savior for them."

"My family and I stayed here a year ago when it was Embassy Suites. Parking was chaotic, guests typically had to wait a horrific amount of time for the elevators and Embassy Suites breakfast that they are known for was horrible, overcrowded and stressful. Hyatt is updating a lot of the Hotel, which was already nice to begin with. The Valets were helpful and parking was not an issue. An elevator attendant keeps things moving and Hyatt eliminated the free breakfast so mornings in the lobby were not a nightmare. Hyatt is doing a nice job correcting the things Embassy management was doing wrong. Be wary when booking. "Fallsview" may have a view of the falls but it may be out of the corner of the window. Both companies wanted to upgrade us to a better view for $100 upon arrival."

"Overall we had a great experience at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. Good options for food, snacks and meals. My only complaint is about the parking. They charge $35 per night for off-site parking within walking distance of the hotel. However, we came in at 11pm one night and that lot was completely full and there was no parking available in it at all. Street parking is sparse and I was still charged for parking in a lot which I was unable to use."

"Great little hotel, fairly central about a 10 min walk to Clifton hill , staff helpful and breakfast is good note it gets packed by 8am. One thing is you have to buy water or become a member of their rewards plan which is ok . Highly recommend great value"
