"Our room had problems with the electrical plugs, the heating/air conditioner could not be adjusted, the CABLE service went out and there was maintenance noises that were occurring during times we were trying to relax. Overall, it was expensive for the quality of time there."

"The view of the falls from my room was AMAZING! The walk to railcar was short and the up-close falls experience was great. Breakfast staff were very nice, friendly and inviting. If you need a correction or help from the manager- do not expect help. "Rick" was very disrespectful and fabricated being attacked. I had to call corporate to report him. I am still waiting for a call from the GM."

"Our room wasn’t vaccumed. There was a dirty shirt behind the bed. And the one bed was broken in the past and they used 3 pieces of angle iron and plywood to “fix” it, the angle iron was sticking out the side by about 6” and my self and several of my party have been cut, scratched, and bruised by it. I had to put my sandals over them to avoid anyone getting hurt if walked into them again. Also the cleaner left a dirty rag on the steps of the bunk bed "
