"There was an issue with the curtain falling down and almost hitting me.....At this time I tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room and the phone doesn't work at all.... Shortly after this I called for my cell phone in the front desk sent somebody up to tell me they had no maintenance on site so I was left with no curtains in my room... To top it off the furnace was very noisy and it made it very difficult for sleeping all night..."

"Our room faced the courtyard so got a little noisy at times . It has only 2 sockets for charging phones, one by the coffee maker and one in the washroom . The washroom was cold and even colder was the floor. Other than that, the check in staff was very pleasant & friendly & the staff who stored our luggage for an hour after checking out was nice too . "The room was a bit rundown kind of strange with no shower partition or anything. Just you had to stand in the tub. bathroom was really small. Needed some minor repairs, and overall cleanliness was okay but place looked a little bit run down. And then I had to pay an extra 20, some dollars for parking. And walk quite a bit, but they never said anything about that. Ahead of time, so I was, I don't like surprises. "
