"I stayed for 3 nights. The person who checked me in was nice and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean however the water in the sink would not drain completely every time I used it. The hand soap was empty however I asked one of the housekeepers to add soap to the bathroom and they did. Breakfast is served only until 9am so you do have to wake up a little early to get it. The options for breakfast were good. The hot tub being open and being an option was nice. "

"The check in was excellent and the shuttle ride back to the airport was great. There was still trash in our room and the bed looked like someone had messed it up with their hands ?!? But the check in person was really great. We were only there for 9 hours so I didn’t complain."

"Very clean room, newly remodeled. Accommodation request were not met for us. I asked not to be my elevator and they placed me right in front of the elevator. Breakfast looks decent but poor quality. Fruit was not fresh. Staff was friendly and polite. Decent price. Unsure if we will return. "

"Their parking lot wasn’t very well lit and the parking spots were very tight. I wasn’t impressed with their complimentary breakfast, they didn’t have much to offer. Their hard boiled eggs were something you would get out of a vending machine. Took one bite and threw it away. Other than that, the place was very nice and beautiful atmosphere. "

"Room was very noisy, hard to sleep with the street noise and could also hear toilets flushing. Good airport shuttle, on time and the AM driver was great. "

"There was a whole community of hotels, restaurants, and businesses in this area that made it extremely convenient to stay in! The employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the amenities were great! It was central to several amazing places in Portland, and I would highly recommend it to everyone!"

"I could’ve said this was a excellent experience since us and the kids enjoyed it but I have a couple complaints. First off we stayed a couple days and we asked the cleaner n the front desk when we left to clean room n put fresh towels but we came back to nothing done. Pool was great but jacuzzi didn’t turn on and wasn’t as clean. Breakfast ladies very kind and it was great choices. We definitely coming back to this again hoping we get a better experience than. "

"No elevator, dirty carpets, bathroom sink clogged. I would not recommend even if you just need a place to sleep. There are better hotels in the same area. Staff nice enough."

"We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at...

"This hotel was very clean and had recently been updated. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to stores and restaurants. The hotel felt secure, they locked the door from 9pm to 9am and you could not enter without your room key. The breakfast was a nice addition. This hotel met our needs for our one night stay. "

"The rooms are neglected. The people there are nice at the front desk. But the residents are rude and loud. It smells like cigarette smoke and pot everywhere, and it is very sketchy."
