"There was no cutlery or wine glasses or milk for the coffee or snacks or drinks or welcome fruit in our suite. You couldn't order food or find the menu from the QR code on the TV. For some reason you had to use another code on the key holder. When we tried to see the menu in the restaurant she said people were eating there so we couldn't see one. Weird. Rest of the staff were good and food was excellent, so pleased we perserved"

"The property is a little dated and needs to freshen up in areas. But it is clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep all area's clean and tidy for guests . The food is ok but can be improved on. Overall I enjoyed my stay and close to the shops and amenities. "

"Die Lage ist unumstößlich super - damit hat es sich mit den Vorteilen auch. Es war schlicht dreckig, die Badezimmer waren nicht okay. Jede Person kann immer in jeden Waschraum und in jedes Stockwerk, es gibt keine Verriegelungen. Ich hatte mich bei der Rezeption beschwert, dort wurde auch zugegeben, dass es gerade in den Waschräumen nicht gut aussieht, aber ließ sich nicht ändern. Ich habe dann nach zwei Tagen ausgecheckt, die Angestellten, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren sehr bemüht und...
