Lotte Hotel Busan
Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Busan train station.
