"Beautiful place to stay …. Just no aircon but weather was cool"

"We booked a room not knowing the property was doing a large renovation. So naturally the property was in a bit of disarray. Looks like once the renovation is complete it’ll be a nice stay. For the time being, I’d look elsewhere. The staff was awesome. The free breakfast was better than most."

"Great location for the shuttle and public transit. Gondola to take you up the mountain. Only downside was that there was no AC in the rooms. It gets extremely stuffy and hot in the rooms, especially in the loft rooms. No windows up there. Should not be an issue in the winter."

"Self check-in. Parking was a bit cramped, but fine for a smaller car like mine. Being a bit paranoid, the window air conditioner worried me. It would be really easy to break in through the window if someone wanted to. Also, you can't close the window because of the AC, therefore it can be a bit noisy because the property is right on 395. "They have no hot water so showers suck! Also phone didn’t work in the room and you hear everything through the walls. Rooms are about 12x12 and no ADA accessibility as they claim"

"We were provided a room right away when we checked in however, when we opened the door it was immediately seen that the room had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade. We then went to the front desk where he apologized and gave us a new room. When we went into that room, it was turned over however, the comforters were stained with what looked like blood, there was trash in the nightstand drawers, footprints on the wood headboards, yellow stained towels along with just an overall dirty feel....

"Clean, comfortable room set up like an efficiency studio. Bed and pillows are super comfortable, unique setting with views of the mountain. Close to town. Luckily we were put on the first floor since there’s no elevators and we had to haul our belongings up the steps. The grab and go breakfast in the morning was adequate. The pastries were delicious. "Have stayed here numerous times in both summer and winter. Summer it’s great because not all properties have AC and they do! Also ideal because they serve complementary breakfast. Overall always a good stay."
