"Had a great experience with this hotel. The location is great—tons of shopping and dining immediately outside the hotel and a 24 hour 7/11 inside on the first floor. The staff were also polite and extremely helpful. I had an issue with customs and they went above and beyond by working on my behalf to arrange pick-up of my goods when I flew out. Really can't say enough nice things about them. The room itself was big, comfortable, cleaned daily. Will 100% come back to this hotel next time I go to...

You have a lot of options if you like to use different subways. Nice view when you are walking on the seoullo bridge to go in or out from the Hotel. Really quiet and safe place during the night. "
