"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

"I must say this place is a "DUMP"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia. WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics). "I paid for premium room and got a secondary room and both the rental company and Expedia refused to refund the overcharged room rate. The coffee pot was rusted and barely worked, clearly need to be replaced. The blinds were missing the handles to close them, the light on the refrigerator didn’t work. The right front burner on the stove didn’t work. We brought food with us to cook on the stove and there was no can opener, bare necessity utensils. The pots and pans were old and needed to be...
