"The room wasn’t clear enough and the room smells so bad I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. The noise level made it difficult to sleep, and overall the hotel did not match the quality that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning."

"The problem was, I pay for a king bed room, i didn't notice that was for disable because i just focus to get a king bed and when I get there to do checking they change to a double bed. Because they want to have the room free in case they have someone with disable. Also I ask for the sign do not disturb and they didn't have one, because there policy is that clean service has to go to the room every day."
