"This was not just a stay, but an experience. From the beautiful architecture and garden, the well equipped gym, amazing food (especially the Patisserie), peaceful atmosphere in the midst of an abundance of people, and every staff member was kind, considerate, helpful. I felt like every person on staff was actually related and has ownership in the hotel. This was the perfect location for our Real Estate conference as it fostered learning, camaraderie, and a place to recharge. Absolutely wonderful. "

"Never interacted with the staff"

"Sewer smell comes up through the shower drain- “it’s an issue in tower one” they say “nothing can be done we’ve shared with management but they keep telling us to rent them out”! Gross - first morning we complained and staff ignored us, rolled their eyes! we finally got moved and unfortunately it’s into the loudest and ridiculous room facing the strip. Sounds like the concert is in the room , loud cars, yelling people- It’s absolutely awful- no smell but the sound from the sphere is terrible- there continue to be gross rusty sink drains, bathroom and kitchen vanities that are damaged, chipped and need replacing, no storage in the smaller room. Taxis and Ubers can’t find the entrance causing issues with rides, just a gross place overall and NOT worth your money-"

"This is the rating mostly for the floor staff. It is not helpful. Especially the lost and found staff. A little rude just for asking a simple question."

"Older property. Smells. Old A/C seems to recycle cigarette smoke, dirty carpet and chemicals. Will never stay here again. "

"The room was beautiful . Big room with big balcony overlooking the Belagio fountains and the strip. Plenty of food options to choose from as well."

"The hot was hot but not big, view was almost stunning since I paid for a view and only got half the spear and part of the Eiffel Tower. Plus sink and shower had slow drain "
