"Good location "

"This hotel has serious issues and should not be listed as an option on Expedia. The elevator was out of order when my parents checked in, and my 80-year-old father and mother had to go up to the 6th floor with two heavy luggage. The room window opens to the back of an air conditioner fan with a strange smell and annoying noise. The room itself also smells like sewage. The stairs looked scary and really old. The only positive part of their stay was the restaurant view, which was fabulous, but...
