初日はエアコンがきかない部屋に手配されて、部屋の中に湿気が強くて、カビのような匂いと部屋内が暑くて、なかなか落ち着いて休めなかったです。 窓側に椅子が置いてあって、一番匂いがキツイ場所でした。 夕方に我慢ができなくて、フロントに電話したら、スタッフさんが来て室内のエアコンの調子を見て頂いたけど、エアコンの温度が調整できなくて、扇風機を持って頂いた。 しかし湿気の匂いが変わらなくて、室内の暑さは夜になって、少し涼しくなりました。 翌日朝一起きたら、やはり部屋の匂いが気になって、再度フロントに電話を入れて、空気洗浄機を貸して頂いたが、なかなか匂いが取れなかったです。 突然フロントから電話がありまして、部屋を交換して頂くことになりました。 およそ12時半頃に隣の部屋の交換を手配して頂きました。 部屋の匂いもなくて、冷房も問題なくて、最後の一晩にゆっくり過ごせました。 朝食は連続二日間同じなんで、最終日の朝食はあまり食べられなかったです。 レストランのスタッフ達の対応もとても良くて、お皿がなくなったら、声をかけるとすぐ持って頂いたり、品物がなくなると、何分後出来上がったら、すぐ声をかけるなどの対応がとても良いです。 温泉も良かったです。天気が暑くて、なかなかゆっくりできなかったです。 初日のような部屋ではなければ、今度また利用したいです。

スタッフの方たちは良かったです。残念だったのは、空調が良くなかったのと、カビ生えていて空気が良くなかったです。 また、犬が泊まれるので清潔だとは思わなかったです。

コロナ禍の宿泊ながら、くつろぐことができた

コロナ禍の家族旅行…手頃な料金で、地元の旅館という理由で約10年ぶりに宿泊。 コロナ対策が大丈夫か…やや不安があったが手指消毒のアルコールが随所に配置され、エレベーターも密にならないよう人数制限されていて一安心。感心したのは、フロント近くの壁に張り出して風呂の希望時間を記入する一覧表。30分単位で部屋番号と人数が書かれていて、密な時間をさけることができた。 食事は、夕食が会席、朝食がバイキング＋折に入れた料理 。料金の割に満足の内容。何より施設の担当者の心遣いがありがたい。コロナ影響でまだまだ客足が遠のいているように見えたが明るく接してもらい、くつろぐことができた。 10年ぶりの利用。傷んだところもあるが少しづつ改装も進んでいた。もともとは、歴史ある名旅館。その心意気は忘れないでほしい。機会があれば、また利用したい。

布団がめっちゃ湿っていました…フロントに相談するとシーツのみの交換…もちろん、湿った布団の不愉快さは解消されず… その他、金額に似合ったサービスとは…一泊2000円/人（朝•夕食付）であれば納得というレベルです！

夕食より朝食が、露天より内湯が良かったです

総合的に悪くなかったと思います。夕食は、お腹は一杯になりましたがお刺身やホタルイカの沖漬け？が緩かったのが少し残念でした。でも天ぷらを揚げたてで出していただき、嬉しかったです。食事は夕食より朝食の方が楽しく美味しくいただきました。露天風呂は小さく、向かいの遊歩道散歩している方から見えちゃうかな？と思いながらであまり落ち着きませんでした。内湯は広くて気持ち良く、温度もちょうどでした。アンケートにも書きましたが、館内段差が多く（部屋のトイレなども）、年老いた両親が転ばないか心配でした。また、エレベーターのドアの閉まるタイミングが早過ぎて、常に私の母が間に合わない感じで肩を何度かぶつけてしまいました。。。とても痛かったそうです。場所はとても良いです！

四周環境非常美麗，而且十分寧靜，所有員工很有禮貌，熱情招待，只是室內露天溫泉是有蓋的而且很細，整體來說是一間很值得入住的旅館。

雨でも風情を感じられるホテル

今回で２度目の滞在。以前と変わらず接客はとても良く感じる。単に温泉を楽しむだけなら過剰なサービスは不要。件名の通り、渓流沿いにそびえたっているので、ロビー（６F）から客室から大浴場（B1F、といっても渓流から数十メートル上）全てにおいて眺望が良い。 大浴場入り口に４台あるマッサージ機もとても気持ちが良かった。 食事は懐石料理をレストランで食べるのだが、スタッフの気配りも眺めも良く、別会計で本日のオススメ料理もいただるし、リラックスして大変楽しめた。 難点を一つだけ述べるなら、客室には飲み物が無く冷蔵庫しかないので、その都度自動販売機（アルコールはB1FとB7F）に足を運ばなければならないこと。それならそれで、客室各階に設置して欲しいところ。 家族４名とも総合的に大満足なステイでした。

Spacious room

Room was huge & comfortable. Meals were ok, paid full price meal for our toddler & all she got was chips & nuggets for dinner. Not sure if we could have requested for something else/a full meal instead

아담한 도시의 아주 깨끗한 온천 호텔 가이세키도 마음에 듬 온천은 수준급, 가족탕은 없음 주변 산책하기에도 아주 좋은 한적한 마을 가가온센역까지 셔틀 있음
