"The entire staff were so friendly and happy to help especially our maid from the 17 th floor Xi Li! She always asked if we needed service but with a sincere smile! Our room was very nice size however my only one drawback was the mattress. My back was so sore I had to switch sides with my husband. Then he back hurt after that. Not sure if the mattress was old or needed to be flipped. The pool is nice along with the hot tub. Plenty of outdoor patio which I appreciate. Recommend this property ❤️"

"We booked a partial ocean view room and its great view of Diamond Head and the ocean. It’s one of the reasons we like staying at Park Shore. The guest service and valet staff are wonderful and provide such great hospitality. The biggest reason why we love Park Shore is the location. We can take our toddler to the beach across the street and when he’s done we can walk right back to the room. The beach amenity rentals are a plus and very convenient. Many shops and eateries are in walking distance."
