"This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. It’s small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive. "

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

"There’s very poor communication from the hotel. The hotel didn’t specify that there are specific timings for the shuttle. After I booked my train tickets and tried to arrange the shuttle pickup, then the hotel told me I had to be at the station at certain time. I had to change my train booking. When I booked the hotel, I booked with breakfast for 2 adults and a 6 year old child. Somehow, the breakfast that the hotel received was for a 3 year old child. The restaurant insisted I had to pay extra for the child because the age was wrong. I decided then that I’ll not have breakfast and only 2 pax will have breakfast. I then asked to sit together while they have breakfast and the restaurant would not even allow me to sit there even though I do not take anything. The mess up and the inflexibility totally spoiled any impression of the hotel.
I booked a premium suite with twin beds. Although the room was spacious, the twin beds were just 3 feet which was very surprising for a 4 star hotel.
The hotel is located out of the way without any play area so we have to travel to other ski areas even to have fun in the snow. If you want to stay in this hotel, I recommend having a car to access the places to enjoy.
I do need to mention some of the reception staff were quite polite and helpful and the shuttle drivers were especially helpful and nice.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel as I’m sure there are better hotels. I would not choose this hotel on my future visits to Hokkaido "
"Very clean hotel and staff were great. I stayed in the supreme pods which great but with a few exceptions. My main issue is that the matresses are soo hard, you may as well sleep on the floor. I had to buy a matress topper at DCM which was definitely worth it as it made it more tolerable. The other issue is noise, i could deal with nearby snoring etc but some people would make no effort to stay quiet and the floors are extremely loud. It is literally impossible to walk quietly down the hallway, even just in socks or slippers.
Overall though, its definitely a good place to stay considering how much cheaper it is compared to staying in Hirafu, and the shuttles are great. "
"Ski slope shuttles came every 15min and were great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were well designed for storage and very clean. Huge bonus was heated radiator in room for drying wet ski equipment. Ski equipment storage room for skis and boots was very warm and convenient on ground floor next to bus pickup. "
"Wonderful hotel with excellent, large well provisioned rooms. TVs connected to streaming services. True ski-in and out via magic carpet; helpful ski valet. Nice onsen, although indoor and smaller it was very private and not crowded. No convenience store on site to purchase basics but able to get drinks and make purchases at the bar. "
"Even though their lockers for ski in, ski out was down a set of stairs, once you store your items, it was within easy reach of a ski lift. The hotel itself is a bit dated but totally made up for by the convenient amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. The store inside had good selection of basics. While no microwave in the room, they had one in the lobby you can use. Booked a room with private onsen and the view of Mt Yotei was gorgeous! "
"The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday! "
