"Everyone was excellent "

"I had booked and paid for a room with a partial ocean view. When I checked-in they said all they had were 3 rooms at the end of the hallways on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. I took the one on the 2nd floor but it had no table and no chairs, just a bed. I went to the front desk and said I should be given the room In reserved and paid for. She gave me a different room on the 5th floor with a majestic "partial view of the ocean" and the room had a table and 2 chairs (what I had booked through...

"We loved this resort! Its in a great location. Make sure you do the night snorkling with the Manta rays! It's located just beside the resort (walking distance). "

"Room was clean.. staff was friendly.. breakfast was good.. one day was chicken sausage and another day was Portuguese sausage.. only thing is, I must’ve missed the information where parking is $15 per day.. overall.. it’s in good walkable area.. "

"The location of this retreat is very nice and not far from KOA airport. We arrived the airport at later night but able to check in our room smoothly. Really appreciate the flexibility it offers. The room is clean and full of amenities. Within the retreat, there are club house, laundry place and BBQ place, very cute and well maintained. Thank you for hosting us! ."

"It was perfect little room right on the ocean. Only complaint was there was no TV, but it wasn't necessary. It just perfect for a night in Kona and to be near everything. Pool is right on the ocean and you can listen to the ocean all night long. Gorgeous view. Just the getaway I was looking for. "
