I even inquired about the spa several days before my arrival about that retreat, and have an email response there was room. "We were first in a room that had a lot of bugs and wasn’t as clean as expected and the walk to the reception and restaurant was terrible for someone with a stroller but then we got upgraded to the arjuna and that one was much better. The staff were amazing none the less "
