"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very nice and clean. Also with fully furnished including washing machine. The rooms are very huge and comfortable. The balcony view is extremely wonderful. The breakfast is great. Highly recommended to stay."

"Very good high end and affordable stay especially if you aren’t able to get any GW hotels. Only thing is that there is a rooftop pool that is not accessible unless you pay a seperate fee upon arrival because it is operated by Hard Rock Cafe. There is a hotel included pool on the lower floors though with a gym."
