"We were there for 5 night's and the manager indicated not long after we settled in that as were were there for an extended period, if a bigger unit became available he would shift us to that. As we had already moved everything in, my wife told him not to worry (I would not have said that). As they already knew well in advance that we were there for 5 nights I thought they may have given us a bigger unit anyhow. During our stay, while supplies were replenished regularly the towels were not changed, maybe that was our fault. Other places we have been at would have automatically done that. Parking allocations were not always strictly adhered to, although it was not a major issue. Overall, we were happy with the room and the location."

"This hotel is so cool! When I booked, I didn’t realize it was a 1920s building decorated in art deco style. We loved exploring the shared rooms, such as the billiard room, library, and lounge - it reminded me of being in the game Clue. Antiques and stained glass windows added to the charm. Very unique. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated with all the amenities we needed - very fun and memorable stay. The parking entrance is steep, so you have to plan your angle of approach, but it was fine."

"I loved my recent stay here, I didn't want to leave. Everything was so convenient, turn left there was Coles, Woolies, Kmart, Big W just 5 mins walk away. If you turn right there's 5 mins walk away from Katoomba RSL. Then there's the local restaurant and shops along the street. Everything was just easy to get to. It was only 5 mins drive to Scenic World. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a room right across from Aldi which was facing the main road but it was so quiet, no major noises the police station was just the street too. There was no sirens going off at night. Just a beautiful relaxing comfortable stay. Thank you so much."
