A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...

We stayed at a room with personal onsen. The tub was a bit small and it takes 15 min to fill each time, but the view and area was divine. We had a wilderness view and had a swing chair that was super comfy. The room was set up with two futons and two beds for our family of four. Overall very nice ...
