"Hotel was clean in common areas. Room was somewhat clean. Shampoo bottle In bathroom was empty when we arrived and cleaning staff never replaced it during daily visits. TV was broken for half of the stay. Maintenance was not available to fix the TV because it was memorial day and the day before was Sunday so we went two days without TV. We were never offered a partial refund or an apology or another room with a working TV Staff in front desk was friendly but could only do so much with zero maintenance people in entire hotel."
"BEWARE!! Room was fine but I found out the hard way (by the local police dept) it is a DSS hotel (dept social services) and houses the homeless. I pulled in the parking lot to find 15 people just loitering in the parking lot, drinking and smoking. Went across the street to get a ball lock and door lock for my trailer, which I parked away from anyone/thing else. Checked in, put luggage in room and left for dinner. Came back and 1 of the homeless guys was pulling my trailer across the parking lot by hand. Near fight ensued so needless to say 3 police cars showed up and I immediatly checked out and asked for refund. BEWARE!"
"This is an old fashioned, family run motel. The place was spotlessly clean and the lady at the front desk was very sweet. Both the water temperature and pressure in the shower and sink were inconsistent."
"This inn is amazing! A beautiful and unique octagon house that has been lovingly restored and decorated! Our innkeepers Kim and Gary were excellent hosts who truly care about the inn and sharing their love of the property and area with us. Remarkable attention to inn keeping details to ensure a pleasant stay and Kim’s breakfasts were creative and delicious. They had many great suggestions for places to explore during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return again soon - we highly recommend this inn if you plan to visit the Finger Lakes"

What’s a holiday rental in Kanona like?
Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Kanona. Holiday rentals offer extras such as kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll feel just like you're at home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can offer a sense of security away from public hotel lifts and busy concierge desks while still allowing you the excitement and enjoyment of travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a great option for a family trip.
