We contacted the property and were told someone would come within the hour to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and there was no follow-up communication. We then had to repeatedly message and call for updates, with most attempts going unanswered. After waiting for a long time, we were eventually told—close to midnight—that the only option available was to move...
