"We had a wonderful 10-night stay at this all-inclusive resort with our family, including our 2-year-old and 10-month-old. We stayed in the Family Selection, which was absolutely worth it and made traveling with young children so much easier. The resort was very stroller-friendly, clean, and felt safe and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the food offered great variety for both adults and kids. The pools and family areas were a highlight, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We made great memories and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for families with young children."

"Seaside Palms had beautiful grounds. There was amazing stretch of beach in the palms with great and plentiful Bali beds available. You can waste your days away there pretty easily. The waves broke far out, which left an amazing calm swimming area. Bring your floaty with a drink holder and it leads to a perfect day on the water. The food is great, but reservations were hard to come by since the resort was full the week we stayed. So we mostly stuck with places with no reservations. Honestly, they are the places with the views of the ocean. The beach barbecue was amazing. My husband and I don’t drink hard alcohol, so we were extremely impressed by the availability of mimosas, champagne, and house wine. The staff was wonderful and friendly.Maria was always quick with the drink delivery. Louis was pretty fabulous for pool activities. We did the catamaran excursion, with the half-day beach pass .The crew on the boat was fantastic and saw a couple turtles in the water.We did not enjoy the Maroma beach day pass, and felt nickel and dimmed, 200 pesos per towel rental and the Bali beds were US$129 to rent, although the service and the staff were great. The Maroma beach was beautiful, white sand beach and it was nice to see another area. The perks of El Dorado Seaside suites and Palms is amazing. Free shuttle service, choice of excursions. Plus, The grounds and beach right ant the Palm are really all you need. I would absolutely recommend this place and love that it was adults only. "

Belén and Christian went above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued from the moment I arrived. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with grace, efficiency, and a smile. They are the kind of people who turn a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Their dedication and passion for what they do are rare and deserve special recognition. Alex was also wonderful and consistently helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and contributing to the overall feeling of comfort and ease throughout my stay. As for TRS Yucatán, this resort is the definition of luxury done right. The property is stunning, the food is excellent, the service is seamless, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and refined. Every detail feels intentional, and the adults-only experience creates a perfect balance of elegance and fun. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I owe much of that to Belén and Christian. They are absolute gems and a credit to the TRS Yucatán brand. I cannot wait to return."

"Just got back from a stay at Devossion by Live Aqua Playa del Carmen, and the entire experience felt easy, relaxed, and genuinely well thought out. The resort itself is beautiful, but what really stands out uis how smoothly everything runs and how attentive and thoughtful everyone was throughout the stay. Location, Design, and Overall Feel: The location honestly could not be better. The hotel is literally steps from 5Th Avenue. Walk out from the resort and immediately you are in the middle of the action… restaurants, music, lively crowds, and constant energy. Walking up and down Fifth Avenue always felt safe and enjoyable, day or night, just soaking in the vibe. When it was time to relax or head to the beach, walking straight back into the hotel brought instant calm. The hotel has managed to keep the city action out, while being in the middle of it. It’s hard to imagine a better location than this. The hotel’s open design is actually quite brilliant. The way the property is laid out, and architected allows the ocean breeze to flow freely through the entire resort. This makes a massive difference in the heat. No matter where you are, There’s never that feeling of standing in warm, stagnant air. The breeze keeps everything feeling fresh and comfortable throughout the day. It’s one of those design choices that you don’t appreciate until you experience it for yourself. "

"Had a great stay here! The beach and views were absolutely beautiful, and there were lots of fun activities to choose from throughout the day. The resort was clean and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I also felt very safe the entire time, which made it easy to really relax and enjoy the stay. "This resort gave me one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and security were exceptional. Reception set the tone, and Martin deserves a huge shoutout—he was incredibly patient and explained everything about the resort, the restaurants, and the activities in detail. We were also assigned our own concierge team, Dave and Cielo, and they were outstanding. Whatever we needed, they handled it—from answering questions to booking our restaurant reservations. Jesús at the front desk was also extremely accommodating with reservations. They made the entire trip stress-free. The buffet and restaurants were spotless, and the staff in both the dining area and the kitchen were generous, attentive, and truly dedicated to great service. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience, and I’ll be recommending this resort to my coworkers, colleagues, friends, and family. A perfect place for a smooth, worry-free vacation. "
