"They must have recently remodeled we were on the first floor in a Brewer was like brand new very nice bathroom very nice room with two queen beds very comfortable sleeping lots of pillows pools nice and warm pretty decent breakfast. Staff very friendly, which stay there again."

"i didn't like anything about the property the moment I got there I was very disappointed the shower had mold in it the bed at mice/ rat droppings I had to go to the store and get stuff to clean the shower before taking one I was so disappointed I checked out the day before and went to another hotel went to talk to the manager about the situation he was VERY! ugly and said he hears this all the time and was told that I would contact carpet he said go ahead I wood never recommend this hotel to...

"The hotel in itself was good, the staff was AMAZING, but what brought my rating down is the area of town it is in and the prostitution running out of the parking lot. I had two women approach me (a woman) at 4am while I was getting ready to leave the hotel to finish my road trip home asking me if I would like their services. No thank you. Again, the hotel was nice but the area and surroundings were TERRIBLE."

"The air condition was set on low and could not change it higher. We put our baseball fans on so it was good. The room and pool were clean so we did not complain. The breakfast could have had fruit, eggs and waffle machine like most free breakfast has. and no elevators> That did not bother us. However, some need elevators and carts to stay longer. We only stayed one day night."

"The staff was very helpful, the room was clean with very comfortable beds, the only thing I could say that needs improvement was breakfast, it wasn't kept stalked very well , not because of the worker but because she was over worked having to do a lot of other things at the same time."

"The staff over the phone was very helpful but when my daughter checked in late at night and didn’t feel safe at all. She ended up driving away and going to another hotel. Most of the property was closed down, windows had wood boards on the windows. Not family friendly at all."

"Great customer service, unfortunately there’s a smell of old, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, although I didn’t find any bed bugs I was scratching myself here and there, there were stain on the floor. Overall the place needs an improvement on cleanliness and get rid of that smell."

"The only positive thing about our stay at this hotel was that the A/C blew cold. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The room was filthy, and when we asked simply for the floor to be mopped we were met with attitude. The breakfast was very limited and not child friendly. All the sheets and towels were stained terribly."

"The elevator was broke and they never informed me until after I registered. Also, I had a handicap room and they put me on the 3rd floor!! I had to do my best to climb stairs with a surgical repaired knee!!"

"Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last."
