"This motel accommodates exactly what you need. It’s a reasonably priced motel, in a great location for the airport and is clean. There are minor renovations going on around the reception, and I hope they look at upgrading the bathrooms in the rooms next."

"Left belongings in the room and motel claim housekeeping never logged it. A stolen property report is being made to police. They also knocked on door at 2 mins past check out time which was just rude . We had two different check out times. Do not recommend will not be going back they are thieving grubs"

"Our room was big and very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchenette. We could have cooked all of our meals there had we been staying there longer. The shuttle service back to Brisbane airport was very convenient."

"Fantastic location but that is where it ends , the staff are robotic . We had a room just above the rubbish bins that were searched by homeless each night and was picked up noisily at 5 am - cleaning is hit and miss - the whole building needs some TLC"

"Clean room ,the mini kitchen was nice and clean as well ,i had a spa in my room that was lovely and undercover parking as well I could not fault the motel at all. The staff that I spoke too were very nice as well."

"We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us. Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great. There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river. All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."

"Everything about our stay here was seem less from the beginning until end. Car parking was great, beds were very comfy, each room has more than enough extra supplies, including dishwash tablets, cloths, tea towels etc.. Staff were super amazing and lovely. Love the whole idea of nobody eats alone too. Breakfast was delish and plenty of variety, not to mention the sweet tea-party decor. Such a lovely stay, enjoyed by our whole fam. Thanks"

"Easy location between town and airport. Modern shower, good temp range but not too powerful. All necessary amenities. Clean comfy beds. Only tip would be better wi-fi instructions. (Very helpful with our late checkin, so didn’t want to bother her later when we’d settled in-and not all that essential)"

"The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could...
