Lots of bars, shopping and restaurants more towards north end. Easy walking distance or plenty tuk tuk to Kata beach.

Love Karon, so much quieter than chaotic Patong. And close to Kata which is quieter still. Best restaurant on Patak road is Mama Jin delicious Thai food & loved Lucky13 Sandwich - best burger and fries I’ve had in years. Delicious!
