We were very comfortable at Hotel Karuizawa Cross. We liked the clean and spacious room, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful gentleman at the reception desk. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was delicious, and the hot breakfast buffet the next morning was appreciated. Additionally, Hotel Karuizawa Cross is located next to a popular street with shops and restaurants. We look forward to our next visit!

Delight travellers and excellent location

The room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful, but the room should have proper light fixtures in the corner of room, and small tables for extra luggages, otherwise this is very good value to stay while in Karuizawa.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. They were just like the pictures. The included buffet breakfast downstairs was convenient. The location was right next to the Ginza shopping street and only a 20 minute walk to Kumoba Pond.

Wonderful, European styled accommodations and hotel. Clean, tastefully designed and decorated. Love the unique layout of an all-inclusive town. only wish more things were open, but I’m guessing that’s due to the low tourist season. Will be back to this hotel when we explore during a more open season the entrance is tricky. It’s on the side street with parking across.
