Excellent value for luxurious stay!

Beautiful large rooms and luxurious bathroom. Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and always willing to help. Onsen was great too and had it to myself the 2 times I went. Lobby and common areas were a little worn and dated but clean. Fantastic value for what I paid considering surrounding hotels were 2-3 times more and maybe not as nice. Definitely recommend.

Nice size room. Indoor and outdoor baths were very enjoyable. I usually had the place to myself. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection of food. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but it was okay because there are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walking from the hotel that have very good food. We ate at Kawakami A for dinner - very good. They are a soba restaurant and have a big selection of dishes, in addition to the soba.

The staff were very attentive in the quiet period of January. Not many people in the hotel. Room is spacious for a family of 4 (including 1 teenager and one adult children).

A spacious and comfy hotel not far from busy area

Clean and tidy as well as spacious room in this hotel. I particularly enjoyed the little number of customers here so we fully enjoy the serenity over our stay. One of the staff that I would like to complement was the English speaking waiter (I believe he should be a foreigner, not a Japanese) who provided exceptional service to us during our dining time. He proactively looked for a table for 4 for us during breakfast time when we could just find 2 tables splitting our family for seating. Also he explained everything during dinner time so well and was always proactively providing help. A big applause for his great service.

Nice new room with good location.

Room is new and in good condition except bad smell(might be smoking smell that stuck into carpet).I have allergy to smoking smell.So I couldn't stop sneezing until I found out that they provide air purifier which I move to sleep beside it so I could sleep peacefully. Too bad there was no plug provided near my bedhead so I need to use plug in toilet so I had to open toilet door all night. I like soft PJ they provided.Amenities such as cotton and comb are also in high quality.I chose this hotel because of free parking which is convenient and the distance of hotel to walking street is not far.The best coffee is just around the corner. Onsen is small size,clean but clorene smell is too strong.Outdoor onsen is not hot enough among 2 degree celcius weather. Overall I like this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel for the last three times on a yearly basis.Very nice and satisfied.But on this trip, I am disappointed as I have booked a Premier twin room (43 sq m) but was given a room of 39 (sqm). However, I believe that it would be better if I had check in on weekdays instead of Saturday. Stay from Saturday and checked out on Wednesday.

朝食は良かったけど、レストランが寒すぎて、あまりリラックス出来なかった。椅子やらテーブル、カーペット、シャンデリアなどの内装はどれも好みのものでした。スタッフは全員感じ良かった。暖炉の前のテーブルで家内と食事をどこにするか相談していたら、暖炉の薪を足していた大阪出身の若い女性スタッフが親切に色々教えてくれたので、おすすめしてくれた店に行ったら正解だったので、感謝です。

初めて宿泊しましたが、立地も旧軽に近く便利が良かったですし、部屋も広々としててゆっくりできました。一番良かったのは食事で、フレンチのコースは内容も味も大満足でした。普段軽井沢では近隣のフレンチを食べに出てましたが、周りと比べても値段も手頃でお料理を食べにまた時期を替えて伺いたいと思いました。
