"The Elser is directly across the street from Marketplace & Port of Miami. From our balcony, it was so cool to watch the cruise ships come & go. The room was awesome—spacious and clean, situated more like an apartment than a hotel room. The pool area is phenomenal-the view from up there is amazing! The staff was kind & gracious. We’ll be back! "

"The staff was truly incredible. The bar area and staff there was also very nice. However, we were put on the 15th floor, which would have been amazing if the pool was working. However, there was a ton of construction going on and it was incredibly loud! There's no way I could have stayed another night with the amount of noise going on. We were only in town for one night before boarding a cruise. The bathroom in the room had a very strong musty smell. The hotel served its purpose but would not book here again without addressing the noise concerns. "
