"Location, cleanliness, responsive staff."

"Room was average with no real character and the bathroom had curtains at the entry, instead of a door, which is something I've not seen before in a hotel. In addition, the curtain were stained and dirty. The bar experience on the 3rd floor lacked energy and an aesthetic and the lower level bar/restaurant was not operational. The hotel is may be 3 star...definitely not 4 star."

"The rooms are a little weird with the bathroom being part of the room with only frosted glass encasing it. The bed wasn’t that great as it seemed comparable to a sofa bed. The floor in my room was filthy. I didn’t like the service fees on everything- felt nickeled and dimed. The resort fee was also disappointing, pool usage, WiFi, fitness equipment, etc should just be included. I was given a coupon for a free welcome drink but the only choice was a piña colada made with peanut butter whiskey. Surprisingly, it was pretty tasty. The staff were friendly and the pool area was nice. The location is also convenient. "

"My room was dirty at best. Bathroom door and light switches were sticky. Light fixtures (especially in the bathroom) were rusty. I could feel every spring in the bed’s mattress. I won’t stay here again. "

"The room was in poor condition. No linen or toiletries. The room also had a smell to it. The pool was out of service but was told prior to arrival called to verify it was open, was told yes but obviously they lied. When asking for towels to shower was told someone would bring them up. An hour went by with nothing. Went back to the desk and was told again someone would be up. Went to CVS to purchase my own bathroom needs to shower. For the amount of money this hotel is charging I expected it to be decent. "

"I feel like I was misled by all the fake online reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, the area didn’t feel safe at all, and the parking was very inconvenient. They charged $61 per night for parking, not the amount listed online, and added several extra fees even though I had already paid in full. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I would never recommend this hotel!!!"
