"Didn't like the first day there took a shower and the whole bathroom, bedroom, and hall was full with water leaking from the shower. Had to mop and soak up with towels. Call emergency number provided and was supposed to send someone, no one came. Called again next day same issue. I've stayed here for two weeks and shower never gotten fix. I had to keep cutting the shower on and off to take a shower. Ridiculous. Other than. That the apartment was fine"

"I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. After spending a significant amount of money and choosing this property based on the clean and welcoming appearance advertised online, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were fecal stains on the toilet seat and multiple stains on the bed sheets, which was both unsanitary and unacceptable. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this experience fell far below that standard. To make matters worse, after discovering these issues, I went to the front desk to report them and had to complain twice before any action was taken. It then took over an hour for housekeeping to come clean the toilet and replace the stained sheets. Having to wait that long to resolve a serious cleanliness issue was frustrating and significantly impacted the start of my stay. I understand that occasional issues can happen, but the condition of the room and the delayed response from staff made me question the overall housekeeping standards and level of customer service provided by this hotel. For the price paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both its cleaning procedures and responsiveness to guest complaints so future guests do not have the same experience."

I especially loved the poolside service, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. I would highly recommend The Grayson to anyone looking for outstanding service and a comfortable, upscale stay. I look forward to returning!"
