"This was a nice hotel and reasonably priced. I stayed here for four days with my 14 year old son. We travelled over from Ireland. It had a 24 hour reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also 24 hour access to a computer and printer. And it also has a bar. They make food sometimes. I tried twice but they weren't making food when I asked. Though you can get food delivered to the hotel with E Food app. The pool isn't that big, but it's still nice. You can only get into the...

"Zimmer war sauber und okay. Die Toilette stinkt leider nach Abfluss. Es ist leider einfach zu laut durch die Flugzeuge. Davon ist die ganze Umgebung betroffen. Das wissen die natürlich auch, aber tun nichts dagegen. Keine dichten Fenster, keine gedämmten Wände. Der Lärm geht komplett durch und man wird hier ständig durch den Lärm der fliegenden Flugzeuge gestört. Ich würde nächstes Mal lieber in irgendeiner Vorstadt von Heraklion bleiben."

They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. Would definitely go back."
