"This is a more traditional place to stay in Tokyo. It’s self service on check in and no front desk or staff on site. It’s in a great location (next door to a five star Italian restaurant!) and close to the train lines. We were on the fourth floor in the two bedroom room. "Overall, our stay was okay, but it did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The biggest disappointment was that the apartment did not look like the photos. It felt much smaller than expected, and the space was quite cramped. We also expected it to be closer to public transportation, but the nearest subway station was about a 15-minute walk away. "Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected. Overall a great place. Zero complaints."
