"Extremely comfortable stay with gorgeous view of the mountains. Staff were very helpful. However, there was a large touring group in the hotel and our left luggage was mixed up with theirs and it was a mess. The baggage tag did not have the number of baggages and we had to drive back to collect one. Thank goodness that we remembered in time and didn’t drive far."

"The staff were the high;ignition of this hotel. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort. For example, when I asked about an upgrade, they quickly upgraded my room to one of their “modern” rooms. Once I moved into this superb room my satisfaction was guaranteed. The included breakfast was small but very adequate with fresh juice, fruits, and many other local as well as western dishes. I really loved the coffee."

"We stayed in the suite 902. The wifi did not work for most of our stay. The electric outlets are so loose your charger does not stay in the wall you have to prop up the bottom of the charger with a book or glass to keep it from falling out of the socket. The light switches are in odd locations, for example to turn on the bathroom light you have to go to the far side of the room to a group of switches by the bedside and turn on all lights. The coffee offered in the room was nescafe packets. ...
