"The studio was very nice, clean and well appointed. It is within a gated private residence so we felt very safe. The location is just 10 minutes from Volcano National Park so very convenient. There are some local food options and more, including Foodland Grocery, about 15 miles away. there is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine for basic food options. A knife, cutting board, microwavable bowl, and can opener would provide more food preparation options. The host was wonderful and...

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment near Hilo. The owners were very nice & helpful with info about the apartment. They also offered advice about places to visit nearby. The apartment was very clean, well maintained & they even provided a water filter jug for the fridge. They had lots of beach/pool equipment to borrow & had really thought of almost everything you might need for your visit. The acre of land is beautiful to walk around & enjoy all the plants & garden they have...

"In der ganzen Unterkunft funktionierte nur eine Steckdose. Diverse Lichter funktionierten nicht. Leider wurde in dieser Woche nie die Unterkunft gereinigt. Schlafbezüge des Bettes musste man selbst abziehen und den Müll entsorgen. Dir Nächte waren ein Alptraum, da in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft viele Hunde nonstop durchbellten. "
